Green Life Clay Cookware

We transferred from Arizona to Texas. But, our house goods did not leave AZ for nearly 30 days. We attempted in which to stay resorts but with a kid, that did not go far! Therefore we requested if they’d be willing to cover some needs rather than a hotel. They agreed and we went to Walmart.

We picked up air mattresses, disposable recipes, and several toiletries. Then we went to your kitchen section. Once we got to the cookware fence, we looked over our options. We decided to try out the clay cookware. You will want to? We have never used it before and it just must last till our house goods come. Therefore we chose Green Life clay cookware. It came in a 12 item set (pots, skillets, tops, and utensils) keramische pan.

To be honest, I did not have plenty of trust that clay material could be that great. I have used stainless steel (love), copper (love but WAY also expensive), cast iron (good for camping), teflon (not therefore significantly but excellent in a pinch), stoneware (love but nothing designed for stove), and some unknowns. I realized this was just another fad. What can clay provide that I did not curently have with the other options? But hi, everything justifies one try. Therefore we acquired it.

And am I happy we did! They’re outstanding!

* gets hot quickly – We actually burned our first set of scrambled eggs since it hot up therefore quickly.

* cooks food consistently

* non-stick – Actually non-stick. Our burned scrambled eggs slid correct off. We did not need to wipe it down or anything. We only included more eggs and went up with our breakfast.

* moves from stove to oven without any issue


* If clay gets cracked, the pot/skillet is made unusable. With a crack, processor or fold in the clay, then the clay will not temperature evenly.

* Uncertain how much “whipping” it can take. To date, however, it’s survived our toddler.


And soon you understand the moment for the warmth, start out applying minimal temperature and increase gradually as needed. This is specially the case for sauces and recipes that require herbs/spices to generate to the food. For this to occur, the plate must make gradually and at a minimal heat. Therefore, you need to be sure and alter the warmth consequently since the clay gets hot rapidly and gets warmer than “typical” pots/skillets.

Once the cookware isn’t used, you will have to be sure that it generally does not get chipped/cracked whilst in the cabinet. Save your self the cardboard positions from your own package and use them to include involving the pots/skillets. This will help to keep the clay from finding damaged.
